Here’s this week’s learning and development ‘Quick Tip’. Whilst we’re sure that there won’t be anything new to most experienced L&D professionals, we hope they offer some helpful reminders and/or are useful hints to send others in the organisation.

Incorporate Interactivity: Make training sessions interactive to engage learners more effectively. Use methods such as quizzes, group discussions, role-plays, and hands-on activities. Interactive elements help to break the monotony, encourage participation, and enhance retention of information by allowing learners to apply what they’ve learned in real-time scenarios.
If you have any Learning & Development quick tips you’d like to share, please send them to AustralianLDN@yahoo.com.au.
