Session Overview: We live in fast paced, high intensity world that can often result in being both mentally and physically drained. The cost both personally and organisationally can be devastating but studies show that effective fatigue identification and management can lead to safer and more productive workplaces, as well as more fulfilling personal lives. This session will provide an introduction to strategies on how we can train our workforce on understanding and managing fatigue, and how managers can identify it in their team members and assist them in managing it.

About the Facilitator: Rob Caroline holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Human Factors (among many other qualifications) and is a highly experienced facilitator, coach, and speaker. He is a specialist in developing leadership skills, with a particular focus on Safety Leadership and its related areas.
