Here’s this week’s learning and development ‘Quick Tip’. Whilst we’re sure that there won’t be anything new to most experienced L&D professionals, we hope they offer some helpful reminders and/or are useful hints to send others in the organisation.

Set Clear Objectives: Begin each training program by setting clear, measurable learning objectives. This helps learners understand what they are expected to achieve and provides a benchmark for assessing progress. Objectives should be specific, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART), ensuring that they align with both the learners & needs and organisational goals.
If you have any Learning & Development quick tips you’d like to share, please send them to AustralianLDN@yahoo.com.au.
