Latest Australian L&D Network Event in Brisbane

It’s been quite a while since the last Learning & Development Network event (not in the least because the dreaded COVID meant that many of the resources required to organise, develop, promote, etc these events had to be re-established), so it was wonderful to FINALLY get them going again. The intention is to make these regular (i.e. every 2-3 months) events again.

This session’s topic was Learning Agility and the Digital Future facilitated by the amazing, highly knowledgeable and experienced Belinda Pritchard, who overviewed some of the incredible ways artificial intelligence and virtual/augmented reality will (indeed, already is) make a huge impact on the way we can more effectively achieve targeted learning outcomes.

Belinda’s already been asked for an article and/or video (or, perhaps even an AI piece) on this fascinating topic (watch this space!), which will inevitably be playing a big part in the lives of all of us in the learning and development space in the very near future…in fact, it’s almost certainly fair to say that, if we don’t get ourselves acquainted with this new learning technology, we’ll be left behind!

Our sincere thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to this session and, of course, to the Australian Learning & Development Network’s sponsors, without whom these free sessions simply couldn’t happen. If you have any L&D needs that our sponsors could assist with, please keep them in mind.
