SESSION SNAPSHOT:

One of the many benefits of being a member of the Australian Learning & Development Network is, of course, the sharing of information that can assist in the development of capability development strategies, business cases, bench-marking data, etc.

This facilitated session will share and discuss the data collated in the 2018 Australian L&D Industry Survey, including (but not limited to):

  • Annual L&D spend
  • Allocation of spend
  • Workforce size and spend per-person
  • Focus of spend (i.e. skills gaps addressed)
  • Format of training
  • And much more

As with any such session, the conversation is intended to be fluid and flexible and all attendees will (time allowing) have the opportunity to table their own questions/discussion points based on the survey outcomes.
