Research clearly shows us that the more engaged employees are, they more they will develop and utilise their capabilities and, as a result, the bigger and more positive an impact they make and the more commercially and culturally successful your business will be.
Recognition and Reward programs have long been part of the employee offering but with emerging talent trends suggesting it’s going to be harder to attract, develop and retain employees, how do we better leverage these programs to better align our people to purpose?
We at the Australian L&D Network are super-excited to announce that Kylie Croot, Senior Consultant with Redii, will be hosting our upcoming Brisbane networking session, overviewing and discussing the ways a good Recognition and Rewards program can effect workforce engagement and development.
- The principles of frequency and social reach with context to recognition
- Who is really responsible for driving cultural change?
- Flipping investment in recognition and reward on its head
- How can you change the status quo when it comes to investing in recognition and reward?
- How can frequency and transparency change the traditional recognition and reward model?
- The added business benefits of social recognition
